 Doug leads WSI's team of digital marketing experts with his focused vision and commitment to quality and customer service. His primary concern is providing internet marketing solutions that deliver measurable results for his clients. He oversees all client activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and the highest level of quality control. Doug's areas of expertise include Internet Marketing, Web Strategy, and Analytics.
Prior to starting WSI Webworks in 2003, Doug spent over 17 years in senior management with UPS and Michelin. His background in business and operations management uniquely prepared him for his current role. Doug holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University.
Josh Fink
– Internet Marketing Analyst
 Josh coordinates all Internet Marketing related activities, including search engine optimization and social media optimization to ensure it meshes with each client's overall marketing strategy. Josh spends a lot of his time researching exactly which marketing tools are needed for clients to get the most out of their sites.
Sam Gerdt
– Creative Director / Senior Web Designer
 Sam plays the part of principal designer. WSI undertakes a lot of research into the best possible design practices to ensure that we provide the highest possible ROI for our clients. Sam works to bridge the gap between the client's idea and his audience's expectations. It's Sam's job to ensure that our work is of the highest quality both from a design standpoint and from a marketing standpoint.
Matt Cleveland

 Matt wears many hats as our Technical Director. Primarily, he heads the development process. All of our websites are developed according to a strict set of standards. Matt sets these standards and ensures that they are met. He also provides technical and hosting support for our clients. As any kind of director should be, Matt is a gifted "people-person" who enjoys helping others achieve their goals.
Erin Durham

 Erin works closely with clients to determine their unique needs for their business in order to develop effective web content for them. She also ensures that our existing clients have uninterrupted service and support. Her background in sales and marketing combined with her web development experience give her a unique ability to be the connection between the clients and the developers.
Karan Smith

Karan has more than six years of experience in Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Optimization. He loves working with his clients and is responsible for planning, implementation and management of the SEO process.
